Nova Graphene Subsidiary NG Ballistics Appoints New Director to Board

Nova Graphene is proud to announce the formation of its new subsidiary, NG Ballistics, which will focus exclusively on pioneering advancements in graphene-enhanced ballistic & blast protection. To drive this specialized initiative, NG Ballistics has appointed Cornelis Steenken, LCDR (retired) and DDR Specialist, as a Director of the new NG Ballistics board.

Cornelis Steenken brings a wealth of experience to NG Ballistics, with a distinguished career in the military and a deep expertise in defense-related technologies. His strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in steering the company's efforts to develop cutting-edge ballistic solutions.

"We are thrilled to welcome Cornelis Steenken to our board," said Paul Beasant, CEO of Nova Graphene. "His extensive background and understanding of defense systems will be invaluable as we advance our mission to enhance ballistic & blast protection using graphene technology."

NG Ballistics is dedicated to developing and perfecting a range of advanced products, including:

  • Door, Wall, and Vehicle Inserts: Designed to provide superior protection in various environments.
  • 3-D Printed Custom-Fitted Body Armor: Tailored to individual needs for maximum efficiency and comfort.
  • Armor for Women in Law Enforcement, Military, and Personal Security: Specially developed to address the unique requirements of the female form for women in these fields.

"Siloing off the ballistic side of our company under its own vertical is a strategic decision that will enable us to concentrate our expertise and resources," explained Beasant. "This approach allows us to push the boundaries of what's possible in ballistic protection while Nova Graphene continues to innovate across a broad spectrum of industries."

The appointment of Cornelis Steenken as Director marks a significant milestone for NG Ballistics. His leadership will help guide the subsidiary as it pushes forward in creating the next generation of ballistic protection technologies.
